Beyond the odd landscape of north Cape Coral, just out of sight of the infamous Spreader Waterway, where politics and property values reign over common sense and stewardship of the planet, lies this beautiful salt marsh.  It is unfortunately ringed with exotic Australian pines and melaleuca trees, but within that margin of error is a haven of natives, animal, plant and human.
